In an adult male the prostate is about the size of a walnut, shaped like a donut and sits just below the bladder. Its main purpose is to produce 25% to 30%of the seminal fluid which combines with sperm from the testicles and the remainder of the seminal fluid from the seminal vesicle to form the ejaculate or semen.
It is widely believed that the prostate has many other functions in the body, but as yet, medical research has been unable to positively identify them.
The plumbing around the prostate is a major design fault because the urethra runs right through the middle of the donut shaped prostate which is prone to enlargement. This expansion slowly strangles the urethra causing a lot of problems and grief.
Prevention has to be better than cure, and there is no better way than External Prostate Massage.
